You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age required by the law or platform that applies to you. Players aged 13–17 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian where required. The in-game age choice is a self-declaration and does not verify identity or parental authority. Do not use the service if local law or your platform account does not allow it.
Crow Crack is free fictional entertainment. Scores, lives, visual items, and ad-funded benefits have no cash value, ownership value, prize value, or transfer value. Gameplay may change to maintain fairness, security, compatibility, or platform compliance. Do not imitate the game's traffic or animal behavior in real life, and never play while driving, cycling, or crossing a road.
AkelasEnterprises gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to play Crow Crack for lawful entertainment. You may not copy, sell, repackage, reverse engineer where prohibited, attack, disrupt, automate, falsify scores, bypass security or regional controls, introduce malware, impersonate another person, or use the game to violate law or another person's rights.
Rewarded ads are optional and the promised benefit is shown before playback. A reward is granted only when the approved advertising platform reports completion. A skipped, interrupted, unavailable, or unconfirmed ad may provide no reward. Each round permits at most one pre-run extra life and one second chance. Interstitials may appear only at natural breaks where permitted, and ordinary display ads must remain away from gameplay controls. Ad availability varies by age treatment, region, platform, device, network, inventory, and approval status.
You control whether and where to share a score. Do not use sharing to spam, harass, deceive, impersonate, or distribute unlawful material. A receiving service applies its own terms. Crow Crack cannot guarantee that every device can attach a scorecard image or open a requested sharing destination.
TikTok, CrazyGames, Telegram, Cloudflare, browsers, advertising providers, app stores, and sharing services have their own terms and policies. Their availability, moderation, advertising, account, and payout decisions are outside AkelasEnterprises' control. No platform endorsement is claimed.
Crow Crack's code, original visual presentation, generated project artwork, synthesized audio, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to AkelasEnterprises. No ownership transfers to players. Third-party platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue access for maintenance, safety, legal, platform, security, or business reasons. Local progress may be lost if a device, browser, platform, or storage is cleared or unavailable. We may restrict use that violates these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AkelasEnterprises does not make implied warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, score preservation, advertising availability, or compatibility with every device. AkelasEnterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the game.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, limits liability that law does not allow us to limit, or requires you to waive a mandatory court, regulator, or remedy available where you live. This includes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the game or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will receive any notice or renewed agreement required by law or platform rules. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
