This notice explains how AKELASENTERPRISES, the verified Ontario, Canada sole proprietorship that owns, develops, operates, and publishes Crow Crack, handles information for Crow Crack on crowcrack.com and in approved platform editions. The owner acts as Privacy Officer. Contact the Privacy Officer at akelasenterprises@hotmail.com. A mailing address will be supplied where legally required through the applicable store or platform listing and upon a verified privacy request; broader EEA/UK launch remains gated pending confirmation of required public contact and representative details.
Crow Crack is for players aged 13 or older, subject to any higher minimum age required by local law or the platform carrying the game. Before website play, a player chooses either 13–17 or 18+ and accepts the Terms. That choice is kept only in the open page's memory and resets when the page reloads. It is a self-declaration, not verified age assurance. Players aged 13–17 should have a parent or guardian review the service where required.
The website is not launched in Indonesia. TikTok and other platform editions are offered only in regions selected and approved through those platforms.
The website stores one value, your best score, in browser local storage under crow_best. The TikTok edition may also store two true-or-false device-only flags recording whether the home-shortcut and profile-revisit cosmetic badges were claimed, plus crow_reward_day and crow_reward_count to enforce a limit of 14 successfully completed rewarded-life ads per local calendar day. Cancelled, failed, unavailable, and incomplete ads do not increase that count. These values do not identify you and are not sent to an AKELASENTERPRISES gameplay server. You can remove them by clearing the game's local storage in your browser or platform settings.
Cloudflare delivers and protects crowcrack.com. Like other internet services, Cloudflare may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device signals, and security events to deliver content, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. AkelasEnterprises does not use these records to build player profiles. Cloudflare handles information under its own privacy commitments and retention controls.
The iPhone edition may use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on consent, age treatment, region and inventory, Google may process an IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad and app interactions, crash logs, performance information, consent signals, and fraud-prevention information to deliver, limit, measure and secure ads. The app does not request permission to access Apple's advertising identifier. Players who select 13–17 receive teen treatment with personalization disabled; adults still receive any regional consent choices required by Google. A bottom banner uses reserved safe-area space, rewarded lives are granted only after Google confirms completion, and interstitials appear only at natural game-over breaks under frequency limits. Google's in-app privacy choices can be reopened where required.
Crow Crack is registered to use Google AdSense under publisher ID pub-5043993930424442. Google advertising does not activate merely because the ownership tag and ads.txt file are present: the site must be approved, the required privacy choices must be available, and an approved ad unit must be enabled. Until then, the website's ad spaces remain empty and rewarded-ad buttons fail closed.
When website advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process an IP address, general device and browser information, cookie or local-storage identifiers, page or ad interactions, consent or privacy-choice signals, approximate region derived from network information, and fraud or security signals. Google and other third-party vendors may place or read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and similar technology to collect information as a result of ad serving. Depending on region, age treatment, consent, and Google settings, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable. Approved platform editions, including TikTok and CrazyGames, may provide advertising through their own SDKs and privacy controls. A rewarded benefit is granted only after the platform confirms completion. Declining a rewarded ad does not prevent ordinary play. Crow Crack does not encourage ad clicks or place ads over gameplay controls. For players who declare they are 13–17, Crow Crack requests the most privacy-protective ad treatment made available by the relevant provider and does not use that declaration to personalize ads.
In the Telegram edition, players who declare they are 18 or older may separately enable TADS advertising for the current session from the start screen or the just-in-time rewarded-ad prompt. If they do, the Telegram-only build may load the TADS SDK for one sponsor block in reserved space below the game on larger screens or on the start screen on smaller screens, two clearly labeled rewarded placements, and a frequency-limited interstitial only after a game ends when the player chooses to retry. TADS may receive Telegram account details such as Telegram ID, username, name, language and Premium status where available; device, browser, operating-system, network and referral information; and ad-view, completion or interaction information to deliver, measure, secure and report advertising. TADS and its providers may process this information outside the player's country. The Crow Crack client does not copy TADS player-level ad data to an AkelasEnterprises gameplay server. The optional choice resets when the page reloads, and ordinary two-life play remains available without enabling it. See TADS Terms and privacy information.
Sharing is optional and begins only after you press a share button and confirm the exact score to be shared. A scorecard image is generated on your device. The chosen app, service, or recipient receives the score, the public game link, and any image you choose to send under that service's own privacy policy. Crow Crack does not receive your contacts, selected recipient, TikTok identity, or posting destination. Challenge scores are limited to a number from 0 to 999 in half-point steps. Website challenge links place the score after the URL hash, so it is not included in the normal request sent to the Crow Crack website.
If you email support, AkelasEnterprises receives the address you use, your message, attachments you choose to send, and ordinary email metadata. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. Routine support records are ordinarily deleted or de-identified within 24 months after the last interaction. A record may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for security, an active dispute, a legal claim, or a legal retention duty.
Where a law requires a legal basis, essential delivery and security processing is used to provide the service, protect it, and pursue the legitimate interest in operating a safe game; legal-compliance processing is used to meet applicable duties; optional advertising storage, personalized advertising, and optional sharing rely on consent or another basis presented by the responsible platform where required. Consent may be withdrawn without losing ordinary gameplay.
The local best score remains until you clear it. AkelasEnterprises does not receive that score. Hosting and security logs, consent records, advertising records, and platform records are retained by the responsible provider under its published retention rules and legal duties. AkelasEnterprises keeps only provider reports and business records reasonably needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal compliance, and does not receive a player-level advertising profile from the game.
Crow Crack has no player account, public leaderboard, chat, cloud save, payment, or developer-operated behavioral analytics. The current game does not sell anything and does not request your exact birth date, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photo library, government ID, or payment details. Telegram and an enabled Telegram ad provider may independently receive the account, device, network, and interaction information described above. TikTok's required silent-login lifecycle call discards the returned credential and does not send it to an AkelasEnterprises server.
You may play without sharing. When advertising is available, rewarded ads remain optional. You can clear local progress through browser or platform settings and reopen available ad or privacy choices from the game. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about personal data, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and complain to a privacy regulator. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent and appeal a denied request by replying to the decision. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored where required and supported by the advertising provider. Email akelasenterprises@hotmail.com to make a request. We may ask for only the information reasonably necessary to verify and answer it and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Device-only scores cannot be retrieved remotely by name.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, any non-essential advertising storage or access will be presented through a Google-certified consent platform before use where required. Consent can be refused or withdrawn without losing ordinary gameplay. Processing needed for delivery, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance may rely on legitimate interests or another lawful basis where permitted.
In U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, the website will provide the provider-supported notice and choice to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising before such processing is enabled. Crow Crack does not sell player contact details. Canadian, Brazilian, and other residents may exercise the locally applicable access, correction, deletion, consent, objection, portability, or complaint rights described above.
AkelasEnterprises does not use player information to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Advertising providers may use automated systems to select, limit, measure, or prevent fraud in advertising as described in their notices and controls.
Hosting, platform, advertising, sharing, and email providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own safeguards. AkelasEnterprises uses data minimization, HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features, but no service can promise perfect security.
We will update this notice before adding accounts, cloud saves, personalized advertising, developer analytics, purchases, or other material data use. The effective date above will change when the notice changes. Material changes will receive any notice or renewed choice required by law or platform rules.
