This notice explains how AkelasEnterprises handles information for Crow Crack on crowcrack.com and in approved platform editions. Contact us at akelasenterprises@hotmail.com.
Crow Crack is for players aged 13 or older, subject to any higher minimum age required by local law or the platform carrying the game. Before website play, a player chooses either 13–17 or 18+ and accepts the Terms. That choice is kept only in the open page's memory and resets when the page reloads. It is a self-declaration, not verified age assurance. Players aged 13–17 should have a parent or guardian review the service where required.
The website is not launched in Indonesia. TikTok and other platform editions are offered only in regions selected and approved through those platforms.
The website stores one value, your best score, in browser local storage under crow_best. The game does not use that value to identify you and does not send it to an AkelasEnterprises gameplay server. You can remove it by clearing this site's storage in your browser. Platform editions may use the platform's local device storage for the same purpose.
Cloudflare delivers and protects crowcrack.com. Like other internet services, Cloudflare may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device signals, and security events to deliver content, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. AkelasEnterprises does not use these records to build player profiles. Cloudflare handles information under its own privacy commitments and retention controls.
Crow Crack is registered to use Google AdSense under publisher ID pub-5043993930424442. Google advertising does not activate merely because the ownership tag and ads.txt file are present: the site must be approved, the required privacy choices must be available, and an approved ad unit must be enabled. Until then, the website's ad spaces remain empty and rewarded-ad buttons fail closed.
When website advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process an IP address, general device and browser information, cookie or local-storage identifiers, page and ad interactions, consent or privacy-choice signals, approximate region derived from network information, and fraud or security signals. Depending on region, age treatment, consent, and Google settings, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable. See Advertising & Privacy Choices and Google's Privacy Policy.
Approved platform editions, including TikTok and CrazyGames, may provide advertising through their own SDKs and privacy controls. A rewarded benefit is granted only after the platform confirms completion. Declining a rewarded ad does not prevent ordinary play. Crow Crack does not encourage ad clicks or place ads over gameplay controls. For players who declare they are 13–17, Crow Crack requests the most privacy-protective ad treatment made available by the relevant provider and does not use that declaration to personalize ads.
Sharing is optional and begins only after you press a share button and confirm the exact score to be shared. A scorecard image is generated on your device. The chosen app, service, or recipient receives the score, the public game link, and any image you choose to send under that service's own privacy policy. Crow Crack does not receive your contacts, selected recipient, TikTok identity, or posting destination. Challenge scores are limited to a number from 0 to 999 in half-point steps. Website challenge links place the score after the URL hash, so it is not included in the normal request sent to the Crow Crack website.
If you email support, AkelasEnterprises receives the address you use, your message, attachments you choose to send, and ordinary email metadata. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, resolve disputes, meet legal duties, and protect the service.
Crow Crack has no player account, public leaderboard, chat, cloud save, payment, or developer-operated behavioral analytics. The current game does not request your name, exact birth date, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photo library, government ID, or payment details. TikTok's required silent-login lifecycle call discards the returned credential and does not send it to an AkelasEnterprises server.
You may play without sharing. When advertising is available, rewarded ads remain optional. You can clear local progress through browser or platform settings and reopen available ad or privacy choices from the game. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about personal data, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and complain to a privacy regulator. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored where required and supported by the advertising provider. Email akelasenterprises@hotmail.com to make a request. We may ask for only the information reasonably necessary to verify and answer it. Device-only scores cannot be retrieved remotely by name.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, any non-essential advertising storage or access will be presented through a Google-certified consent platform before use where required. Consent can be refused or withdrawn without losing ordinary gameplay. Processing needed for delivery, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance may rely on legitimate interests or another lawful basis where permitted.
In U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, the website will provide the provider-supported notice and choice to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising before such processing is enabled. Crow Crack does not sell player contact details. Canadian, Brazilian, and other residents may exercise the locally applicable access, correction, deletion, consent, objection, portability, or complaint rights described above.
Hosting, platform, advertising, sharing, and email providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own safeguards. AkelasEnterprises uses data minimization, HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features, but no service can promise perfect security.
We will update this notice before adding accounts, cloud saves, personalized advertising, developer analytics, purchases, or other material data use. The effective date above will change when the notice changes. Material changes will receive any notice or renewed choice required by law or platform rules.
